I’ve been taking my benz here for a few years. Recently I had some coolant leaks. Took it in one day by the next day it was ready. Super quality work for the turnaround and great price. I recommend anyone with a Mercedes or bmw. Ask for Jerry great guy💯💯.

Yesterday my battery died and needed to get towed! And this morning it's all fixed! Thanks Integrity Motors for being so friendly, supportive, and professional. I got a battery change and service A. I didn't feel pressured to get random stuff done and it felt like Jerry was being honest with me. This was a great experience and I'll be back for all my car issues moving forward.

Great customer service. Service was explained to me and Jerry understood my issue with waiting. I'm handicapped and its hard to sit for long periods of time. Would recommend to anyone looking for great mechanics. It was a pleasure working with his store.

I had a fantastic experience getting my BMW serviced here. Jerry, the owner, was incredibly professional and responsive from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with each step of the process. What really stood out was how reliable and efficient the service was. They completed the work on time and with great attention to detail. Even better, they worked directly with my extended warranty, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Their pricing is very competitive, especially for the level of expertise and customer care they provide. If you’re looking for a trustworthy shop that truly understands BMWs, I highly recommend Jerry and his team. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future service needs!

My ML (Mercedes SUV) consistently has issues. My tire light goes off, my service light, my coolant light, and oil light. I have been to the shop at least five times in the last 12 months. It is amazing how those wonderful gentlemen have a treated me. Jerry has been incredible each visit. The prices are fair and he is completely honest with me about my vehicle. He always asked me what are my intentions with the vehicle. It matters if you want to keep a vehicle for a long time or just trying to make it last another 12 months. I am in love with my car and want to run it as long as possible. As we all know BMW and Mercedes are quite expensive to maintain. Each time I have taken my vehicle to the dealer I have left with a recommendations quote of $10,000+ dollars . Integrity motors always let me know what items are most important to take care of first. I trust them wholeheartedly. Most people take the time to write negative reviews. Because I am so passionate about these gentlemen working in this shop, I had to stop what I was doing to ensure everyone knows how incredibly honest they are. Their name is exactly who they are. Integrity motors. I am so lucky I found an independent shop tha
